On-Site Storage & Handling Rules

1. Delivery & Flat Staging

Inspect all shipments upon arrival for freight damage. Unload profiles onto flat, level ground. Never lean individual lengths vertically against walls or framing, as this can induce permanent bowing or sagging.

2. Off-Ground Storage

Keep materials elevated at least 4 inches off the ground using flat wooden pallets or continuous dunnage skids spaced no more than 4 feet apart. Cover with breathable, waterproof tarps to protect against standing water, mud, and direct jobsite debris.

3. Climate Conditioning & Chemical Safety

Transport interior plaster composite trim into climate-controlled spaces at least 24 hours prior to installation. Maintain jobsite ambient temperatures between 15°C and 25°C (60°F to 77°F). Keep all EPS composite products strictly away from open flames, hot equipment, solvent-based paints, petroleum distillates, and aggressive spray cleaners.
