Each beam is cast from high-density polyurethane in artisan-made molds that capture the grain, knots and texture of real wood, then primed, stained and UV-protected in our Ontario facility before it ships.

Because they weigh a fraction of solid lumber, our faux ceiling beams install without structural reinforcement, making them ideal for renovations, vaulted and cathedral ceilings, kitchens, living rooms, restaurants, hotels and retail spaces.
