Bayview 3-1/2 Inch Colonial Exterior Window & Door Trim

The Bayview is a 3-1/2 inch Colonial exterior window and door trim with a sloped top designed to move water away from the opening.
That angled top edge leads into a full rounded nose, a small fillet and cove, and a curved base that settles to 9/16 inch. With 1-7/8 inches of projection, it has the weight of traditional brick molding in a compact size.
Wood brick molding fails where water sits on top, and PVC brick molding expands in the sun and pulls away at the corners. The Bayview's slope and cement coated finish keep it dry and dimensionally stable on brick, stone, stucco and EIFS.

Fire: Fire-rated options are available on request with a Class A fire rating (flame spread 25, smoke developed 110) that helps meet ASTM E-84 and UL 263.
Customization: CNC-cut to custom profiles, arches and ellipticals, typically within 7 to 10 business days of design approval.
