What makes Mouldex Mouldings different from market alternatives?

We offer a unique combination of high-density EPS cores and a specialized plaster coating. This makes our profiles more versatile, lightweight, and durable than traditional wood, pre-cast, or stucco alternatives.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Samples are available for $1.00 USD each with free shipping. This allows you to verify the scale and coating quality before placing a full order.

Are the samples coated?

Standard stock samples are coated. For "made-to-order" profiles, we provide an EPS sample for sizing alongside a separate coated piece to demonstrate the final finish and quality.

What lengths do your mouldings come in?

Our standard manufacturing length is 8 feet.

Do you create custom mouldings?

Customization is our specialty. While we maintain over 100 stock profiles, we can produce specialty designs quickly and cost-effectively to match any architectural requirement.

Can you manufacture arches and curved profiles?

Yes. We manufacture arches, circles, ellipticals (ovals), and bow arches for any of our standard or custom profiles.

How do I choose the right Trim and Sill combination?

Each product page features a "Complete the Look" section with suggested pairings. Our design team is also available for consultation to help you select the perfect architectural stack for your project.

What colors are the mouldings?

Our exterior profiles arrive in a cement gray, and interior profiles are plaster white. Both act as a premium primer base, allowing you to apply any exterior acrylic latex paint and texture of your choice after installation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We support projects of all sizes and will ship orders as small as a single piece.

Will the mouldings crack or rot over time?

Our materials are 100% inorganic, making them impervious to rot and nature-driven decay. While all building materials face thermal expansion, our dense EPS core makes our profiles significantly less susceptible to cracking than traditional alternatives.

How are the mouldings installed?
