All Mouldings & Wall Claddings

Browse our complete line of exterior mouldings, interior mouldings, and wall claddings in one place. Jump into any category below, or explore the full product catalog.

Every Mouldex system is built on the same principle: lightweight, moisture-inert composite construction that outperforms wood, PVC, and traditional masonry, without the weight or the maintenance. Below, browse our full range across exterior mouldings, interior mouldings, and wall claddings.

Exterior Moulding Systems

This is where the exterior side of the catalog lives: window and door trim, window sills, and crown and cornice mouldings, all built on the same low-maintenance exterior moulding system. Every profile shares the same core construction, so whichever piece you need, the performance stays consistent across the whole facade.

Meet The 5th Category

Every product across this catalog, exterior and interior alike, is built on the same material innovation: what we call the 5th Category. It's the reason our mouldings weigh less, resist moisture completely, and never need the maintenance wood, PVC, or plaster demand.

Interior Moulding Systems

The interior side of the catalog covers everything overhead: crown mouldings like The Alston, LED light cove profiles, and our one-piece coffered ceiling beams. All of it shares the same plaster-finished construction, so mixing profiles across a room stays visually consistent no matter which pieces you combine.

Complement Decorative Trim With Wall Claddings

Round out the facade with stone, brick, and wood cladding built on the same lightweight, low-maintenance approach.

This is where the stone, brick & wood wall claddings live: composite wood grain panels, cement-coated stone and brick veneers, all sized to work alongside your trim rather than fight it. Pair them with exterior band mouldings to tie claddings and trim into one continuous composition across the elevation.

Why Choose Mouldex Composites?

One System, Every Application

Every product in this catalog shares the same core construction: moisture-resistant, lightweight, and engineered for low maintenance, whether it's going around a window, along a roofline, or overhead in a finished room. That consistency means you can mix profiles across a project without worrying about mismatched performance.

Find the Right Profile

Rooflines & Crowns

Exterior crown moulding creates a strong visual transition at the roofline. Profiles such as The Goulding and The Portland introduce traditional shadow lines, while The Norton, at 18 inches, suits estate-scale exteriors requiring a bold roofline transition.

Window & Door Framing

Frame openings with profiles such as The Jackson or The Kamloops, both built for a clean transition between window frame and facade.

Interior Crown Mouldings

For ceilings, browse our lightweight interior crown mouldings, including The Alston, which pairs naturally with select exterior column wraps for a unified look inside and out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can exterior moulding profiles be customized to match an existing facade?

Yes. Mouldex supports custom profile creation, including arches, complex shapes, and radius pieces, using CNC fabrication. If you're matching an existing design, we can quote from properly scaled architectural drawings, or we can visit your site directly to complete measurements if you're local.

Do interior mouldings ship pre-finished, or do they need to be painted on site?

Our interior mouldings arrive in a plaster-white finish that requires primer, followed by site-applied paint. Color and texture are selected once the pieces have been installed, so you're never locked into a factory color before you've seen the profile in place.

Can wall claddings and trim mouldings be ordered together for one project?

Yes. Wall claddings and mouldings can be quoted and shipped together as part of the same order. The minimum order is 15 pieces.

What does Mouldex actually manufacture, and who is it for?

Mouldex Composites manufactures lightweight, moisture-inert exterior mouldings, interior mouldings, and wall claddings, all built on the same composite foamcore system. We work with architects, builders, contractors, and design professionals across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, and samples ship within 24 hours of ordering.
